Which Apartment at Marta Is Right for You?

The best apartment for a holiday is the one that fits the way your group actually lives. Do you want everyone in one open space, a separate bedroom for earlier nights, or room for six? Here is how our three apartments in central Baška Voda compare.

Studio apartment: one space, up to four guests

Our ground-floor studio brings sleeping, cooking and relaxing into one open layout. It has a double bed, sofa, dining table and equipped kitchen, with a small outdoor terrace corner. Air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi are included.

Consider it if you like a compact base for a couple or a small family. Remember that a studio does not provide a separate bedroom: if one person wants to sleep while another watches television, the shared layout matters more than the maximum guest count.

Apartment II: a separate bedroom and a large terrace

Apartment II is on the first floor and accommodates up to five guests. A hallway separates the bedroom from the living area, and both main rooms open onto the terrace. There are two air-conditioned rooms and an equipped kitchen.

This is a useful option when different bedtimes are part of the holiday. Before booking, tell us the number of adults and the children’s ages so we can confirm how the sleeping arrangement fits your group.

Apartment III: space for up to six

On the second floor, Apartment III accommodates up to six people, with sleeping space for three in the bedroom and three in the living room. The rooms are separated by a hallway and both have terrace access. Two air-conditioned rooms, heating, Wi-Fi and an equipped kitchen make it a practical base for a larger family.

It is worth looking at the room photographs as well as the capacity. Six guests sharing an apartment will use the living area differently from a couple staying there.

Before you choose

  • Tell us your dates, group size and children’s ages.
  • Mention a baby cot if needed; it is available on request and should be confirmed.
  • Ask about entrance access, stairs or parking arrangements if these affect your stay. Ground floor alone does not establish step-free access.
  • Check the photographs and ask us to confirm the beds for your group.
