This comfortable, high-quality and modern apartment is located on the first floor. It is spacious and can accommodate up to 5 adults, 3 persons in the bedroom and 2 people in the living room. The apartment has a separate bedroom, hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet and large spacious terrace with table and chairs for a nice morning coffee and evening gatherings. All rooms have been renovated from the ground up, so it’s a new apartment.
The bedroom:
– Bedroom contains: a large wooden double bed, bedside tables with lamps, large comfortable foldout chair, closet storage and access to the terrace.
Living room, dining room:
– Living room has a sofa, a wooden table with four chairs that are very comfortable, perfect for socializing and a closet for storage. There is also a LCD TV for entertainment while spending time in the house.
Kitchen:
– The kitchen contains everything you need: pots, pans, cutlery, plates, mugs, cups, kettle, microwave, fridge, hob, dishwashing liquid, towels, etc. .
Bathroom and toilet:
– Bathroom and toilet include: a spacious shower stall, sink, mirror with LED light and a shelf for storage hygiene, toilet and toilet paper, hand soap, fresh towels for all guests and a hair dryer.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable terrace for morning coffee or evening gatherings with a large table and comfortable chairs. The rooms are separated by a hallway so to maintain privacy. Go out to the terrace is possible from both rooms separately.
In addition to these things, all of our apartments are air-conditioned (in this apartment two rooms are air-conditioned), include WLAN / Wi-Fi, fresh towels, clean sheets and many other things. There is a possibility to add baby bed (if necessary).

– All of our apartments have 3 stars, are high-quality and modern equipped, and are located in the center of town, just 20 meters from the main beach Nikolina which has blue flag, 20 m from the sea, 20 meters from the Church of St. Nicholas, 20 m from bars, restaurants and shops.
Beautiful and spacious apartment very close to the beach. Very quiet location despite being close to the centre.
